Neko4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using neko4d services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the Terms set out herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and neko4d ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the neko4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms set out in this document.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the neko4d platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of the neko4d platform, including visitors, registered users, and any party that interacts with the content or services provided by this platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use neko4d services.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of neko4d services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. neko4d will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the neko4d support team immediately via email at [email protected]. You remain fully responsible for all activity that occurs in your account prior to the receipt and verification of such a report.
Neko4d reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly during a first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected in your account. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a neko4d user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are not permitted to:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
- Taking any action that may damage, disrupt, or place excessive strain on the neko4d platform's technical infrastructure.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or to breach the platform's security systems.
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system in any manner that contravenes the stated terms and conditions.
- Transferring funds through the platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Using this platform on behalf of another person or business entity without prior written authorisation from neko4d.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of your account balance, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the neko4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including interbank transfers and digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay. Full details on available methods and current transaction limits can be found in the Wallet section of your account.
Deposits are typically processed within minutes once the transaction is confirmed by the payment service provider. neko4d is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and any rollover requirements associated with bonuses received. neko4d reserves the right to hold withdrawals until all conditions are met and identity verification is complete. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and may range from a few minutes to several business days.
Any transaction errors must be reported to the neko4d support team within 30 days of the transaction date. neko4d will not be liable for correcting any transaction errors reported after this period.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
Neko4d provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, neko4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform — including loss of funds due to technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the neko4d platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of neko4d and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from neko4d.
Account Suspension & Closure
Neko4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, neko4d reserves the right to withhold the remaining account balance pending further investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the neko4d support team.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The neko4d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. neko4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. neko4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from the use of the neko4d platform.
